Studenting ain't all fun

How much fun is it when everyone else is finished with their studying and about to start on something new and exciting when you still have ages to go?

Is it just me or does everyone else seem to have a life going on? Stag do's, engagements and birthdays aside, i'm thinking that all i do is work these days (dissertation going ok, thanks for asking, only one month of boredom left, whoo hoo!) and then i realise that actually i do do other stuff.

Having got back from bournemouth last week (pointless activity really but parents had a nice 3 day holiday at the coast) i unpacked the last of my worldly belongings only to repack them in boxes and hide them in the loft.

Then it was of to the university to watch J. at his new hobby. At first i was intregued when he said he was spending the evening playing 'squash' with a friend but apparently it's a game with rackets and balls (?!)

Friday night was the (semi) regular fancy dress parties (last times Rocky Horror Picture Show do was slightly on the disturbing side!). This time round it was Father Ted in honour of Irish Andy who was visiting for a bit. Fairly relaxed and monochrome evening with the highlight being my bemused brother receiving a text from a friend enquiring how long his sister had been a nun.
